Business Development Coordinator - Legal - Boston, MA
Amazing Business Development Coordinator opportunity at a well-known global law firm. This role will include, but will not be limited to, prepare/manage proposals, conduct market research, and manage sponsorships.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prepare a range of business development materials, including proposals, credentials, pitches, and presentations.
- Maintain and update marketing systems, such as lawyer CVs, deal lists, and client database.
- Conduct in-depth market research to inform client strategy and identify industry trends.
- Coordinate and facilitate practice group meetings and ensure key updates are effectively communicated.
- Assist with the submission process for industry awards, rankings, and directories.
- Plan and execute client events and seminars, from initial concept to successful completion.
- Manage all deliverables related to sponsorships and conference participation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to advance key projects and strategic opportunities.
- Contribute to and manage ad hoc projects that support the practice's strategic goals.
Profile
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a legal firm.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to learn financial markets.
- Bachelor's degree required.
