Cytogenetic Sales Specialist - REMOTE
The Cytogenetic Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships within IVF/Fertfility labs, research institutions, distributors, and more. This remote position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with expertise in cytogenetic products and services.

Description
Sales Execution & Account Growth (Inside Sales - 60%)
- Develop and execute territory plans to meet/exceed sales goals
- Conduct proactive outreach, virtual demos, and digital campaigns
- Manage quotations, lead qualification, and opportunity conversion
- Collaborate with Customer Service for seamless order fulfilment
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
- Support marketing initiatives including webinars and workshops
Customer Engagement & Field Presence (Field Sales - 40%)
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic accounts
- Conduct in-person visits, product evaluations, and technical demos
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Share market insights and customer feedback with internal teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with Marketing, Product Management, and Regulatory teams
- Contribute to product launches and validation programmes
- Provide input on market needs and competitive positioning

Profile
A successful Cytogenetic Sales Specialist should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Genetics, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of sales experience in Cytogenetics, Life Sciences, or medical device markets
- Strong understanding of cytogenetics workflows and lab environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time
