Senior Project Manager- K-12 Construction
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with experience in K-12 school construction to lead projects from inception to completion in West Palm Beach, FL.

With a history of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, they are known for their commitment to quality, safety, and innovation.
Description
Oversee all phases of K-12 school construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance.
Serve as the main point of contact for school district representatives, architects, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Florida Department of Education (DOE) regulations and local building codes.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
Profile
10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in K-12 or public sector projects.
Proven ability to lead large-scale projects ($10M+) from start to finish.
Strong understanding of Florida construction regulations, DOE requirements, and procurement processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software.
