Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of retail fit-out construction projects across Florida. Description

• Assist Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day coordination of active projects

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders with subcontractors and clients

• Ensure accurate and timely communication between office and field teams

• Support procurement of materials and maintain project logs

• Coordinate permitting, inspections, and close-out documentation

• Track project progress to ensure deadlines and budgets are met

Profile

• 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or construction admin role

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Familiarity with commercial construction, ideally in retail or interiors

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or similar platforms is a plus

• A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
