Senior Project Manager- K-12 Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with experience in K-12 school construction to lead projects from inception to completion in West Palm Beach, FL.

Description

• Oversee all phases of K-12 school construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance.

• Serve as the main point of contact for school district representatives, architects, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with Florida Department of Education (DOE) regulations and local building codes.

• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in K-12 or public sector projects.

• Proven ability to lead large-scale projects ($10M+) from start to finish.

• Strong understanding of Florida construction regulations, DOE requirements, and procurement processes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software.
