Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Projects - DC Metro will have the following responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager with project buy-out and job start-up.
- Administer subcontractor agreements and coordinate with vendors.
- Interpret drawings and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures across the project.
- Resolve daily field issues and support the field team as necessary.
- Coordinate project milestones, including buyout, top-out, and closeout.
- Ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
Profile
The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Projects - DC Metro will have:
- Proficiency in Procore is a must.
- Experience in multifamily construction, ideally in a wood-frame and concrete mixed-use environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
