The eDiscovery & Litigation Technology Analyst will play a key role in supporting legal teams by managing eDiscovery processes and leveraging advanced litigation technology tools. This position requires a strong technical background and an ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Description

• Manage eDiscovery workflows, including data collection, processing, and production.
• Provide technical support for litigation technology tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with legal teams to design and execute document review strategies.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards during eDiscovery processes.
• Analyze and report on eDiscovery metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct training sessions for legal teams on litigation technology tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in eDiscovery and litigation technology.
• Support the resolution of technical issues related to litigation technology systems.

Profile

A successful eDiscovery & Litigation Technology Analyst should have:

• Strong technical proficiency in eDiscovery tools and litigation technology platforms.
• Must have Relativity experience. Relativity certification is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with legal teams and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and eDiscovery best practices.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
