Description

• Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring timely execution within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and production capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, and supply chain, to drive project success.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses to support decision-making.
• Oversee equipment installation, maintenance, and optimization for production processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot engineering challenges, providing innovative solutions.
• Support product development and scaling efforts by implementing best practices in engineering and manufacturing.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).
• 2+ years of experience in an engineering or project management role, preferably in manufacturing, consumer goods, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and project management principles.
• Experience with equipment installation, automation, or production optimization.
• Proficiency in CAD software, process simulation tools, or related engineering software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Job Offer

• $80,000 - $100,000 Base Salary
