Legal Recruiting Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Legal Recruiting Assistant to support our legal recruiting team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for a candidate early in their career with a background in professional services and a strong administrative skill set. The role is heavily focused on data entry, scheduling, and operational support, requiring excellent attention to detail, strong presentation, and a polished, client-facing demeanor.

A highly reputable global law firm based in Redwood City, CA.
Description
Provide administrative and logistical support to the legal recruiting team.
Manage and maintain recruiting databases with a high degree of accuracy.
Coordinate interviews, track candidate information, and handle scheduling logistics.
Draft professional communications, maintain candidate files, and prepare status reports.
Support recruitment events and on-campus recruiting efforts as needed.
Liaise professionally with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all recruitment documents and processes.
Profile
At least 1 year of professional experience in an administrative or recruiting-related role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience in the legal industry or professional services is highly desirable.
Prior work at a law firm, consulting firm, or large corporate organization is a strong plus.
Exposure to recruiting processes or campus recruiting is beneficial.
Strong focus on presentation and professionalism.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Polished written and verbal communication.
Comfortable working with confidential data and in fast-paced environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with recruiting databases or applicant tracking systems.
