Description
As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in managing ground-up construction projects ranging from $1M to $30M. You'll be responsible for:
- Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Communicate project updates and milestones to leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement within construction processes and practices.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and resources needed for project success.

Profile
A successful Project Manager/Senior Project Manager (PM/SPM) should have:
- Proven experience in managing construction projects, such as self-storage facilities, restaurants, retail spaces, entertainment venues and warehouses
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- A focus on quality, safety, and compliance standards in all aspects of work.
