Senior Finance Consultant

Description

• Lead and support finance transition initiatives across regional and global teams
• Document and improve existing finance processes to support operational alignment
• Facilitate knowledge transfer between teams and ensure continuity during change
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and geographies to drive project success
• Identify gaps and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Support integration efforts and ensure alignment with broader transformation goals
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple workstreams
• Provide hands-on support in ERP systems and financial reporting tools as needed

Profile

• CPA certification and a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in finance operations, transformation, or project-based consulting
• Proven success leading transition or integration projects in complex environments
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (Oracle R12 preferred or equivalent)
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with financial data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures
