Description

Project Manager - Top Southeastern General Contractor - Greenville will be responsible for:

  • Leading project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Managing subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes
  • Communicating regularly with clients, architects, and engineers
  • Overseeing project documentation and reporting
  • Identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track
  • Driving quality assurance and timely project delivery
  • Supporting pre-construction efforts including estimating and bidding

Profile

Project Manager - Top Southeastern General Contractor - Greenville should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
