This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage construction projects from start to finish. You will receive field support from a superintendent and an Assistant Project manager in order to deliver the project on time and on budget.

Description

Project Manager responsibilities consist of:

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Oversee procurement processes and manage resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and project teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Implement milestone bonuses and manage financial aspects in collaboration with the team.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• A strong background in construction management within the commercial construction industry.
• Ground up experience, overseeing projects exceeding $10M
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and construction regulations.
• Technically savvy individual who is well versed in procore or similar construction program
• An ability to adapt to challenges and find innovative solutions.
