Our client, a top 300 ENR General Contractor in the Charlotte market, is looking to add a Project Manager to their experienced team.
They offer a strong pipeline of upcoming commercial, design build projects, as well as some of the best benefits and cultures in the industry. Priding themselves on building quality relationships with their clients, they have seen incredible results in Charlotte, securing a repeat client base around 85%. Their employee tenure on average is around 10+ years, allowing them to grow their employees internally and establishing a top notch culture throughout the office.
Typical projects are within the healthcare, life science, education and light industria sectors - with projects ranging anywhere from $15M to $100M, and an annual revenue of around $500M.

Project Manager - Design Build General Contractor - Charlotte will be responsible for:
- Manage large-scale design build ground up projects ($50M+)
- Lead the development and maintenance of project schedules
- Work closely with project management team, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategic plans for successful project delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Manage project budgets and financial performance
- Implement strategies to optimize project profitability
- Quality assurance & legal compliance
Profile
Project Manager - Design Build General Contractor - Charlotte should have:
- 4+ years experience with a general contractor
- Preference for previous ground-up, design build project experience
- Preference for candidates with light industrial, and/or manufacturing project experience
- Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study preferred
- Possess values of integrity, honesty, and self-improvement
- Strong leadership skills
- Professional business aptitude
- Software proficiency with the following preferred but not required: AutoDesk, Onscreen Takeoff, REVIT
Job Offer
Project Manager - Design Build General Contractor - Charlotte will receive:
- Highly competitive base salary between $100K to $140K - Contigent upon experience
