The Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Southeast Travel will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and coordinating all project resources from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence in a collaborative setting.
• Supporting personnel development and growth.
• Communicating job expectations, enforcing policies & procedures, and mentoring team members.
• Conducting regular team meetings to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and comply with technical, safety, and legal standards.
• Acting as a strategic problem solver, adding value to client projects.
• Potentially collaborating with the pre-construction team during project development.
• Managing budgets and financial reporting, analyzing reports to ensure project budget compliance.

My client is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. The Superintendent will be instrumental in promoting teamwork and collaboration, driving positive results, and maintaining high standards throughout the construction process.

The ideal Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Southeast Travel will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in ground-up multifamily construction projects.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive site management experience with a General Contractor.
• Familiarity with relevant project management software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
