Description
The Superintendent - Baltimore Projects - Renovations & Interiors will be responsible for:
- Managing on-site operations and supervising subcontractor activities.
- Ensuring quality control by verifying that all work adheres to specifications, codes, and industry standards.
- Implementing and enforcing safety measures to comply with regulations and promote a safe work environment.
- Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, addressing concerns, and providing regular progress updates.
- Overseeing materials and equipment management, monitoring inventory, and ensuring the availability of required tools and supplies.
- Documenting completed tasks and tracking budgets to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Supervising the commissioning process, including system testing, troubleshooting, and handover, to ensure proper operation.
Profile
The Superintendent - Baltimore Projects - Renovations & Interiors will have:
- At least 5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on interior renovation projects.
- Thorough understanding of interior construction systems, applicable codes, and industry standards.
- OSHA and First Aid/CPR certifications required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proven track record of swiftly identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and managing large-scale construction projects is necessary.
