Superintendent - high-end commercial and multifamily
Client Details
A national construction firm known for delivering complex ground‑up and interior projects across multiple states. Their approach blends technical rigor, strong client relationships, and premium‑quality execution.Description
• Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial interior and luxury residential projects* Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and construction sequencing
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in alignment with plans and specifications
* Coordinate with project managers, clients, and design teams to drive progress and resolve issues
* Conduct site walks, enforce quality control, and maintain detailed project documentation
Profile
• Superintendent experience in the South Florida market* Background in luxury commercial interiors and/or high-end residential construction
* Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
* Proven leadership managing subcontractors and field teams
* Bilingual preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction platforms like Procore a plus
Job Offer
• Salary up to 175k depending on experience* Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance

* Opportunity to shape the Florida market estimating function
* Pipeline includes a 6‑story multifamily ground‑up project
