Description
- Assigned projects are completed on time, under budget and at a profit for the Company.
- Safety, EEO, and DBE goals are achieved.
- Claims/conflicts are resolved in a timely manner.
- Satisfied clients.
- Prompt and continuous communication of needs and concerns to Division Manager and Director of Operations.
- Projects are constructed according to contract plans and specifications.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years' experience in the construction industry.
- Experience working on projects greater than $5M in markets such as commercial, multifamily, senior living, healthcare, municipal, K-12, higher education, or light industrial.
- Proficient knowledge of construction methods and materials, costing, scheduling, and estimating.
- Forward-thinking with the ability to plan over a one-to-two-year time span.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Problem analysis and resolution ability at both a strategic and functional level.
- Strong customer service orientation; a dedicated team player.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Viewpoint Vista, HCSS, P6, and CAD.
