Corporate Paralegal
This role is a high‑level Corporate Paralegal position supporting complex corporate governance, business planning, and transactional matters within a national, mid‑sized private law firm. The position offers a hybrid schedule, collaboration with a small corporate paralegal team, and the opportunity to work closely with attorneys across multiple offices.

Description
- Support attorneys with corporate governance, business planning, and complex transactional matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Prepare, review, and manage corporate documents, agreements, entity formations, minutes, and annual filings.
- Assist with due diligence, closings, signature packets, and post‑closing organization for corporate transactions.
- Maintain corporate records, manage databases, and ensure compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with two other corporate paralegals while working in a hybrid schedule with flexible hours.
Profile
- Must have 10+ years of corporate paralegal experience from a reputable AmLaw 100 firm.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate with a strong foundation in governance and transactional practice.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize multiple deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Team‑oriented, collaborative, and able to work effectively within a long‑tenured, supportive paralegal group.
- Demonstrates professional stability and interest in a long‑term commitment.
Job Offer
