Description

• Lead daily site operations from start to finish

• Collaborate closely with PMs, architects, engineers, and subs

• Own the project schedule and keep everything running on time and within budget

• Ensure full compliance with all safety and quality standards

• Problem-solve in real time and keep your sites moving forward

• Represent our brand on-site with professionalism and authority

Profile

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial interiors

• Proven track record in multifamily and healthcare construction environments

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

• OSHA 30 Certification

• Procore Certified

• Strong leadership, scheduling, and coordination skills

• Ability to manage field operations, subcontractors, safety, and quality with confidence
