Multifamily/Mixed-use Project Manager
This Project Manager role leads the delivery of complex, high‑value construction projects from start to finish. You will own outcomes, manage teams on site, and drive quality without hand‑holding.

* Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through close‑out
* Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and consultants
* Oversee field operations with a hands‑on leadership style
* Drive quality, safety, and contract compliance on site
* Communicate clearly with ownership, design teams, and stakeholders
Profile
A successful Multifamily/Mixed-use Project Manager should have:
* 10+ years of construction project management experience
* Proven delivery of country club or multifamily projects
* Background with reputable general contractors and stable tenure
* Strong command of drawings, contracts, and change management
* Self‑directed leader with clear decision‑making skills
