Description

As Inside Sales Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting customer relationships and driving operational excellence. This is a cross-functional role that combines technical support, documentation management, and inside sales coordination. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, logistics, and external sales partners to ensure customer needs are met with precision and urgency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as a main point of contact for customers and sales representatives regarding quotes, order status, and logistics
  • Prepare quotations and estimates for customer projects with guidance from the technical sales team
  • Process purchase orders and convert estimates into sales orders and invoices
  • Manage documentation tied to customer orders including technical drawings and support files
  • Collaborate with the production facility to coordinate shipping logistics and timelines
  • Maintain and update key sales reports (e.g., backlog, sales performance, A/R aging)
  • Support internal project tracking and ensure timely, accurate delivery of information
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations
  • Participate in department meetings and communicate key updates to internal stakeholders

Profile

  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable reading and working with technical documentation or engineering drawings
  • Able to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • An effective communicator-both in writing and over the phone-with a professional, service-oriented mindset
  • Tech-savvy with solid Excel skills and overall computer literacy
  • Naturally collaborative and excited to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams
  • Motivated to grow within a dynamic company and take on increasing responsibilities
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or a related field)
  • Experience in an inside sales, sales support, or customer service role-especially in a technical or manufacturing environment
  • Strong math and analytical abilities
  • Candidates without degrees but with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
