HR Project Coordinator
The HR Project Coordinator will centralize and coordinate essential HR projects and audits to ensure consistency and sustainability across various HR functions. Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with the Change Management and Project Management teams in Paris to implement innovative HR initiatives, assess organizational change needs, and develop effective strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and robustness.

Description
Project Coordination:
- Manage HR-related project requests.
- Support comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for various HR initiatives, including HR audit sustainability, CSRD compliance, Great Place to Work initiatives, and the Campus Programs.
Campus Programs
- Partner with the Campus Program Manager to prepare for the arrival of Summer Interns and Program Analysts.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate closely with business leaders, HR colleagues, and cross-functional teams to maintain momentum on ongoing projects.
- Act as a liaison between the HR department, other business units, the Paris-based Change Management team, and the Project Management team.
Sustainability Initiatives:
- Monitor and report on project effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Audits:
- Maintain HR controls through the PRISCOP tool to ensure compliance with internal audits and applicable regulations.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present project reports and performance metrics to senior management, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Profile
- A minimum of three years of experience, ideally in project management and change management within an HR environment, preferably in corporate and investment banking or broader financial services.
- Proven track record of successfully leading HR projects from inception to completion, demonstrating measurable impact on organizational performance.
- Familiarity with HR metrics, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
- Strong understanding of sustainable business practices and corporate responsibility initiatives.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of change management principles and tools, with the ability to implement effective change strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels effectively.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field;
- A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
