Senior Project Manager - Multifamily

Description

• Oversee all phases of high-rise multifamily projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and city officials to maintain compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality control and safety protocols.

Profile

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing high-rise multifamily projects, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage projects valued at $100M+ in an urban setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in construction management software, scheduling tools, and contract negotiation.
