Description

• Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring quality and budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Manage and mentor project teams, including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
• Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Profile

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record as a Senior Project Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in scheduling software (Procore, Primavera, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with complex commercial projects valued at $10M+.
