Senior Project Manager
An established and reputable general contractor in Miami, FL, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee high-profile commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Description
- Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring quality and budget adherence.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Manage and mentor project teams, including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
- Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Profile
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record as a Senior Project Manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in scheduling software (Procore, Primavera, or similar).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with complex commercial projects valued at $10M+.
