Description
- Oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation to maintain progress and client satisfaction.
- Lead and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and effective coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction codes throughout all phases of the project.
- Conduct risk assessments, troubleshoot project challenges, and implement solutions promptly.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices to enhance project delivery and company performance.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in multifamily construction with a track record of successfully delivered projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations specific to multifamily developments.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- A self-motivated individual with a results-driven approach and problem-solving mindset.
