Controller
The Controller will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within the Property industry. This role is pivotal in managing accounting functions and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Description
- Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure timely completion of audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance to meet organizational objectives.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and implement necessary adjustments to policies.
Profile
A successful Controller should have:
- A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial data clearly.
