Description

• Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial data.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate and lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure timely completion of audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance to meet organizational objectives.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and implement necessary adjustments to policies.

Profile

A successful Controller should have:

• A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial data clearly.
