This role is for a detailed-oriented Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to support the Engineering & Manufacturing department in the precision manufacturing industry.

Description
As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and processes for cost-reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with design engineering regarding product tooling and design to ensure effective production methods.
- Implement various Lean Manufacturing methods and techniques.
- Provide technical expertise or support related to manufacturing.
- Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or reduce costs using knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts.
- Evaluate manufactured products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Train production personnel in new or existing methods.
- Communicate manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, or other information to facilitate production processes.
- Developing and implementing efficient CNC machining processes.
- CAD and/or CAM programming is a MUST.
Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- Relevant degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methods and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to train and lead production personnel.
- 5+ years of experience.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range around $140,000 USD - $165,000.
