Construction Manager

$140,000 - $175,000/Year

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with exceptional project management skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to join our dynamic team.

Description

Responsibilities for a Construction Manager are:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, laborers, and other project personnel.
  • Oversee site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage any changes to scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and submit regular project updates and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure all permits, inspections, and other legal requirements are met for the duration of the project.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

Profile

The Ideal Construction Manager will Have:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in construction management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or higher position
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • In-depth understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
