Description

My client is seeking experienced Superintendents to manage hospital renovation projects in occupied healthcare environments. This role requires a high level of professionalism, as work will often take place in sensitive areas such as ICUs, birthing units, and emergency departments.

• Oversee interior hospital renovation projects in active healthcare environments.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and hospital staff to minimize disruptions to patient care.
• Maintain a professional and mindful presence while working in sensitive hospital areas.
• Provide leadership on-site and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Utilize strong MEP knowledge to support project execution.
• Manage procurement, scheduling, and logistics for materials and labor.

Profile

• Must have experience working in occupied spaces.
• Extensive hospital interior renovation experience required.
• Recent experience (within the past three years) in interior hospital renovations strongly preferred.
• Strong MEP background is a plus.
• Ability to maintain professionalism while working in highly sensitive healthcare environments.
