Position Overview:My client is seeking experienced Superintendents to manage hospital renovation projects in occupied healthcare environments.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, as work will often take place in sensitive areas such as ICUs, birthing units, and emergency departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee interior hospital renovation projects in active healthcare environments.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and hospital staff to minimize disruptions to patient care.
Maintain a professional and mindful presence while working in sensitive hospital areas.
Provide leadership on-site and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
Utilize strong MEP knowledge to support project execution.
Manage procurement, scheduling, and logistics for materials and labor.
Qualifications:
Must have experience working in occupied spaces.
Extensive hospital interior renovation experience required.
Recent experience (within the past three years) in interior hospital renovations strongly preferred.
Strong MEP background is a plus.
Ability to maintain professionalism while working in highly sensitive healthcare environments.

Job Offer
