Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Coordinator
This role involves managing interview scheduling, contract production, and on boarding for hires across the US, Canada, and Latin America while ensuring compliance with local legal requirements.

Our client is a global investment management firm, who provides a range of investment products and services across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and multi-asset strategies.
Description
- Schedule a high volume of interviews, coordinating with candidates and the business for availability, and managing logistics like conference rooms or video conferences.
- Produce contracts for US, Canada, and Latin America, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements and variances.
- Process internal transfers and manage on boarding and pre-hire checks, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (Workday) and other tracking tools.
- Act as the point of contact for committed hires, managing the post-offer, pre-hire process to ensure all actions are completed before the start date.
- Drive solutions and recommend improvements in support of core HR processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR partners and other departments to handle issues and escalations, ensuring risk mitigation.
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects as needed.
Profile
- The successful candidate will be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a track record of operational excellence in HR.
- They will possess strong client relationship management skills, able to quickly build effective, trusted relationships across teams, and have excellent communication abilities to influence and articulate complex issues to different audiences.
- Additionally, they will be highly motivated, energized, and capable of inspiring others to perform at higher levels. Experience with Workday, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- BA/BS degree are preferred, with certifications or coursework in HR areas being a plus.
