Project Executive - Commercial Construction

We are seeking a Project Executive to oversee our Commercial and Luxury Residential projects in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. This position will report to the VP of Construction.

Our client is a well known General Contractor that has done a variety of work in high-end commercial and residential projects.

Description

• Lead and manage all aspects of Commercial and Luxury Residential construction projects in West Palm Beach.
• Assist preconstruction team
• Review monthly financials with Project Managers and leadership team
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timelines are met.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design and engineering teams.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates and reports to ownership

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on Commercial and / or luxury residential projects
• Strong understanding of AIA documents and job costing
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Experience working with design and engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
