Program Manager - Electronic Manufacturing - Lowell, MA

The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects within my clients electronics manufacturing operations. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure that projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Description

The Program Manager will report directly into the General Manager and be responsible for:

• Plan, execute, and monitor all phases of assigned programs, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain) to meet program objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key customers, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management, identifying any challenges and proposed solutions.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, including schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program delivery efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the program lifecycle.

Profile

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering,Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in electronics manufacturing or a related industry.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with complex requirements.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, electronics production, and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and experience with ERP systems.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
