Description

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor progress and performance to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to ensure project success.

• Proven experience managing construction projects within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, budgets, and scheduling.
