The Project Manager - Healthcare will oversee and manage construction projects within the healthcare sector, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role in Charleston requires strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate with various stakeholders effectively.

Description
- Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor progress and performance to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to ensure project success.
