Manufacturing Engineer - Plastics - Beverly, MA
I am seeking a talented and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join my client's Engineering & Manufacturing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining production processes to optimize productivity and ensure product quality.

Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Troubleshoot production issues and work to develop solutions.
- Conduct regular assessments of systems and processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with the training and development of manufacturing staff.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in the development and execution of strategic plans.
Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- QMS familiarity is a plus.
- Robot Programming Skills.
- 5+ years of automation and robotics experience.
Job Offer
