We are seeking a project manager for a Class A commercial office high rise project.

Description

Responsibilities for a Commercial Construction Project Manager in Los Angeles:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects, including tenant improvements and building renovations.

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, budgets, change orders, and contracts.

  • Coordinate all project phases from pre-construction through close-out.

  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory compliance.

  • Provide clear and timely communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.

  • Manage subcontractor performance, procurement, and contract compliance.

Profile

A successful Commercial Construction Project Manager in los Angeles:

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial building and construction project management.

  • Demonstrated experience with tenant improvement, adaptive reuse, and/or historical renovation projects.

  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, construction plans, and technical specifications.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Effective leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms).
