MEP Superintendent - Industrial - Auburn MA

Our client is seeking experienced Mechanical Superintendent to oversee complex mechanical and industrial construction projects across Northern MA, Southern NH, and ME. This role will focus on field leadership, coordination, and execution of high-value projects while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Description

• Lead on-site mechanical construction activities for projects $3.5M-$8M+
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of pumps and mechanical systems
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and daily site operations
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve field issues
• Maintain quality control and ensure work meets project specifications
• Provide leadership and mentorship to field crews

Profile

Qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of experience as a Mechanical Superintendent
• Background in mechanical or heavy industrial construction
• Strong knowledge of pump systems and machine repair
• Basic electrical knowledge required
• MA CSL license preferred/required
• OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 certifications
• Proven ability to manage large-scale field operations
