You will be joining a fast growing and expanding team that supports Structured Finance products.
Client Details
Our client is a reputable Credit Manager with over 30 billion in AUM.
Description
- Manage the life cycle of a CLO Warehouse and CLO transactions
- Review new funding requests
- Ensure all loan eligibility requirements are met according to credit agreements
- Review and comprehend eligibility criteria, tests and limits found in typical CLO Agreements
- Quarterly and monthly CLO reporting
- Work directly with various internal and external stake holders to support the CLO warehouse business
- Daily cash/position reconciliation
- Support Front Office in facility onboarding of CLO warehouse
Profile
- 4+ years of experience in CLOs, Securitized Assets and/or Bank Loans
- Excellent understanding of credit agreements
- Experience with Reconciliation
- Client facing and relationship skills
- Process improvement/design experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
