Description

• Lead daily field operations on commercial and healthcare construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site logistics, and project planning, including shutdowns and tie-ins.
• Utilize iOS devices and construction software for blueprint navigation, RFI management, and daily reporting.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, resolve on-site issues, and ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Collaborate with project teams, owners, and designers while mentoring field staff and supporting team development.

Profile

• Experienced Leader with 5+ years in commercial or healthcare construction, including time as a Superintendent.
• Technically Proficient, with strong skills in iOS-based construction apps, Microsoft Project, and document/RFI management.
• Detail-Oriented & Quality-Driven, ensuring all work meets contract specifications and high standards.
• Strong Communicator & Collaborator, able to lead subcontractor meetings, coordinate with owners/designers, and mentor field staff.
• Adaptable & Safety-Focused, with a proven ability to manage change, resolve conflicts, and maintain safe, efficient job sites.

Job Offer
