Seeking a Superintendent in Raleigh, NC with 5+ years of commercial or healthcare construction experience to lead field operations, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate subcontractors on large-scale projects. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and leader, proficient in construction technology, scheduling, and managing work in occupied buildings.

Profile
- Experienced Leader with 5+ years in commercial or healthcare construction, including time as a Superintendent.
- Technically Proficient, with strong skills in iOS-based construction apps, Microsoft Project, and document/RFI management.
- Detail-Oriented & Quality-Driven, ensuring all work meets contract specifications and high standards.
- Strong Communicator & Collaborator, able to lead subcontractor meetings, coordinate with owners/designers, and mentor field staff.
- Adaptable & Safety-Focused, with a proven ability to manage change, resolve conflicts, and maintain safe, efficient job sites.
Job Offer
