Accounting/Finance Manager

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting/Finance Manager to oversee one of our branches accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance within the food service, food production, or food manufacturing industry.

Description

• As the Accounting/Finance Manager you will oversee the operations of the accounting department, including financial reports and budgets.
• Manage all aspects of AP, AR, Financial Reporting and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop strategies to optimize financial performance and profitability.
• Oversee several departmental P&L's, work closely with various departments to review results and performance.
• Prepare and Present multiple customer P&L's.
• Coordinate with management to develop financial planning procedures.
• Evaluate and manage risk.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Work closely with executive team members to present financial information and strategies.

Profile

A successful Accounting/Finance Manager should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software, data analysis, and statistical methods.
• A financial background in food service, production, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong analytical skill set and experience owning departmental or customer P&L's.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• The ability to strategize and solve problems.
• Strong ethics, with a commitment to company values.

Job Offer

• An estimated salary of $120,000 to $140,000 plus discretionary bonus.
