Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Description

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Identify and address potential issues or delays promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and team members, to provide updates on project progress.
• Ensure all work adheres to company policies and regulatory requirements.
