Residential Construction - Project Manager

This candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. They manage teams, communicate with clients and subcontractors, and handle project logistics, safety, and problem-solving to keep projects on track.

Our client is currently seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their growing team who is looking to grow with the business.

Description

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve any design or construction issues.
• Maintain constant communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, manage resources, and ensure proper documentation throughout the project life cycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment on-site.

Profile

• 5+ year's experience in Commercial Construction Project Management
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred
• OSHA certification preferred
• Proficient in project management software
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
