Project Manager - public and commercial construction

Office-based Project Manager role overseeing 2-3 small commercial projects concurrently.
Full lifecycle responsibility with strong ownership from preconstruction through closeout.

A well-established commercial general contractor with headquarters in the Northeast and a newly expanded presence in South Florida. The firm focuses on $1M-$10M commercial projects, with a growing footprint in municipal and mixed-use work across Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Description

• Manage 2-3 projects valued at $1M-$3M simultaneously
* Lead projects from award through closeout with full accountability
* Handle buyout, contracts, change orders, and pay applications
* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and municipal stakeholders
* Use Procore to manage documentation, schedules, and cost control

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
* Proven ability to run projects independently with minimal oversight
* Experience across public and private sector projects
* Strong knowledge of Procore or similar construction software
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Job Offer

• Salary range: $110k-$150k base
* Car allowance, health benefits, and performance bonus
* Office-based role in Delray Beach with local site travel only
