Lead Superintendent - Colorado Springs
Are you a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent with experience in leading ground-up multifamily and commercial projects? Our nationally recognized team is hoping you'd be interested in joining them!

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Run/manage commercial and multifamily construction project from start to finish
- Direct subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within budget
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Mentor and manage team members
- Conduct weekly foreman and safety meetings
- Create and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
- Develop site utilization and logistic plans
- Demonstrate a leader's positive attitude and professionalism
Profile
The Successful Construction Superintendent:
- Completed 3+ Multifamily projects as a lead superintendent
- 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry as a superintendent
- Strong knowledge in computer construction and scheduling software
- Ability to travel for mountain projects
