Project Coordinator/Admin | Melville, NY
Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to support daily project operations, documentation, and communication across multiple active jobs. This role is essential in keeping teams aligned, ensuring smooth workflows, and maintaining project accuracy from start to finish.

Description
Provide administrative and project support to Project Managers and Superintendents.
Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and close-out packages.
Maintain organized project folders, logs, reports, and tracking systems.
Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating vendors, and communicating updates with project stakeholders.
Help with procurement, purchase orders, and managing material deliveries.
Support the office with general administrative tasks such as phone coverage, data entry, and correspondence.
Profile
1-5+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or office support (construction industry strongly preferred).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with MS Office; experience with construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively with both field and office teams.
