Project Manager - Luxury Custom Homes

The Luxury Home Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing luxury home construction projects with a focus on delivering quality workmanship, timely completion of projects, and meeting project budgets. The Project Manager will be responsible for facilitating communication between team members, clients, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and standards.

Client Details

Our client is a General Contractor with a successful track record building and renovating Luxury Single Family Homes in Palm Beach County including Palm Beach Island.

Description

* Manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, purchasing and quality control to meet project goals and deadlines

* Develop and implement project plans, including scopes of work, schedules, and budgets

* Supervise subcontractors and employees on site, ensuring adherence to project requirements

* Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues

* Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards

* Coordinate material and equipment deliveries to the site and manage inventory

* Maintain accurate records of project progress, including financials and documentation

* Manage construction-related fees, contracts and permits for the project

* Hire and train subcontractors and employees as needed

Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field

* Experience Building at least 2 luxury homes in Palm Beach County

* Minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury home construction project management

* Experience managing large, complex luxury home projects from initiation through completion

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and subcontractors

* Knowledge of building codes and regulations

* Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite

* Strong project management and organizational skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Strong leadership abilities and ability to drive projects to completion on time and on budget.
