Description

• Assist Superintendent with daily site operations
* Supervise subcontractors and labour activities
* Prepare daily reports and site documentation
* Enforce safety and quality standards
* Support scheduling and material coordination

Profile

• 2-3 years with a commercial general contractor
* Prior on-site supervision or assistant role
* Background in labour or foreman work a plus
* Tech-savvy with exposure to Procore preferred
* Eager to learn and grow into a lead role

Job Offer

• Salary range: $70,000-$80,000
* Bonus-focused compensation structure
