Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Construction
We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for commercial construction projects across multiple locations. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality standards and fostering strong subcontractor coordination.

Description
- Manage all on-site construction activities for commercial projects in various locations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain schedule and budget.
- Enforce compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications, resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and quality.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation for project tracking.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Manage material deliveries and equipment usage for optimal efficiency.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment on-site.
Profile

- Base Salary: $129k - $142k
