Client Care Superintendent - High-End Residential - Natick, MA
Our client is seeking a Superintendent to support ongoing maintenance, repairs, and light renovations across a portfolio of high-end residential properties. This role is highly client-facing and requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple properties while delivering exceptional service and quality.

Description
What You'll Do
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and small projects across multiple luxury homes
- Coordinate schedules, vendors, and internal field staff
- Communicate directly with homeowners and caretakers on-site needs
- Review, define, and execute scopes of work with a high level of detail
- Perform quality control inspections and ensure work meets expectations
- Assist with estimating, material procurement, and project planning
- Troubleshoot issues and proactively address property needs
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
Profile
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of high-end residential construction experience
- Experience in a Superintendent or similar field leadership role
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of residential systems, finishes, and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using construction software/tools (or willingness to learn)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
