Our client is seeking a Superintendent to support ongoing maintenance, repairs, and light renovations across a portfolio of high-end residential properties. Description

What You'll Do

• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and small projects across multiple luxury homes
• Coordinate schedules, vendors, and internal field staff
• Communicate directly with homeowners and caretakers on-site needs
• Review, define, and execute scopes of work with a high level of detail
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure work meets expectations
• Assist with estimating, material procurement, and project planning
• Troubleshoot issues and proactively address property needs
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors

Profile

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of high-end residential construction experience
• Experience in a Superintendent or similar field leadership role
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of residential systems, finishes, and construction methods
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable using construction software/tools (or willingness to learn)
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
