They deliver retail, hospitality, science & technology, academic, grocery, and corporate interior projects across MA, RI, CT, and NH. • Lead on‑site construction for a new ground‑up casino project in Salem, NH.
• Oversee all jobsite operations including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality control.
• Manage day‑to‑day site logistics, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
• Work closely with project management, clients, and trade partners to ensure successful execution.
• Enforce jobsite safety requirements and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Provide proactive leadership to maintain momentum on a fast‑moving, complex build.

Profile

• Mid‑ to senior‑level Superintendent experience (10-15 years)
• Must have sitework and façade experience - this is non‑negotiable for this project.
• Strong background in commercial or hospitality projects.
• MA CSL, OSHA 30, and proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam.
• Proven ability to run complex ground‑up projects independently.
• Must live in or near the North Shore or Southern NH region.

Job Offer

• Salary range $135K-$160K+, depending on experience, with flexibility for top talent.
